Terms of Service

DubberBand lets you upload a video, dub it into Indian languages with AI, translate its captions, and publish or schedule it to YouTube, Instagram and Facebook channels that you connect. Dubbing uses credits (see “Credits, plans and payments”).

• You must be 18 or older and give us accurate details.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what its members do.
• A workspace has owners and members. Owners connect and disconnect channels and manage billing.
• One workspace may be used by the people you invite. Do not share one login between several people.

You keep ownership of your videos, voice, captions and other content. You give us permission to store, process and send it, and to pass it to the providers that dub and translate it, only as far as needed to run the service for you.

You confirm that, for everything you upload, dub or publish:

• you own it or have the right to use it, including the right to dub, translate and publish it;
• everyone whose voice, face or words appear in it has agreed to that, including to having their voice reproduced in other languages;
• it does not infringe anyone’s rights, break the law, or break the rules of the platform you publish it on.

Do not use DubberBand to impersonate a person, to make a video appear to say something the speaker did not mean, or to mislead viewers about who spoke.

Dubbed audio, translations and subtitles are produced automatically. They can contain mistakes, such as a wrong word, a mispronunciation or a changed meaning. DubberBand does not review them for you: check each dub and caption, in a language you understand or with someone who does, before you publish.

You are responsible for what you publish. Some platforms require you to label content that is AI-generated or altered; following those rules is up to you.

• Publishing to YouTube, Instagram and Facebook is subject to their own terms, which you must follow. For YouTube, that includes the YouTube Terms of Service.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Those names belong to their owners.
• A platform can refuse, limit or remove a post, or sign your channel out, and it sets limits on how much can be posted each day. We cannot promise that a post will be accepted or go live.
• You can disconnect a channel at any time, and withdraw our access from the platform’s own settings.

• One credit dubs one minute of video into one language, rounded up. A dub starts only if you have enough credits.
• The free plan gives a number of credits each month. A paid plan gives more each billing period. Unused plan credits do not carry over to the next period.
• Add-on credit packs are bought once and do not expire. Plan credits are used before add-on credits.
• A paid plan renews each month until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep the plan until then.
• Current plans, credit amounts and prices are shown in Settings, under Billing, and at checkout. They can change, but not for a period you have already paid for.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider, who sells to you as merchant of record. Taxes are shown at checkout. If a payment fails your plan can be put on hold, and the account falls back to the free plan until it is paid.
• If you think you were charged in error, write to contact@sellayo.com with the details.

Do not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, hateful, deceptive or abusive;
• upload malware, or try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service;
• reverse engineer the service, or resell or share credits or access;
• use it to dub or publish content you have no right to.

We work to keep DubberBand running but it may be interrupted, and we may change or remove features. We will try to give notice of changes that matter to you.

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data, as described on the Delete your data page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others or the service at risk, or is not paid for. If we do, we will tell you why unless the law stops us.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise that dubs or translations are accurate, that platforms will accept your posts, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, audience or revenue, or for what a platform does with your channel, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will cover claims and costs that arise from content you upload or publish, or from your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. When we do we change the date at the top, and for significant changes we email account owners. If you keep using DubberBand after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

The laws of India govern these terms, and its courts have jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
